Auditions for the 2010-2011 Season:
The Stone Arch Players' 2010-11 line-up of plays -- "Dial M for Murder," "Rumors," and "Losing
Patients" -- offers many opportunities for thespian-minded community members. If you've
never acted in a play, the first step is the audition. The more often you do it, the easier
it gets. We'll help you through the process!
Auditions for the thriller, “Dial M for Murder,” will be held Monday and Tuesday, August 9 and 10, at
7:00 p.m. at the
Theatre-in-the-Park in Derry Township Community Park.
Written by Frederick Knott, the
play tells the story of a straying husband who frames his wife for the murder of a man
he’d hired to kill her. Roles for 6 actors – 5 men and one woman. Performances
scheduled the first three weekends in November.

Our auditions consist of dialogue readings from the script. Come to an audition at the
Theatre-in-the-Park,look over the roles and give it a shot. Or contact the director to
read the script beforehand. Or simply come to an audition and observe, just to get a feel
for it.
