Auditions for the 2010-2011 Season:

The Stone Arch Players' 2010-11 line-up of plays -- "Dial M for Murder," "Rumors," and "Losing Patients" -- offers many opportunities for thespian-minded community members. If you've never acted in a play, the first step is the audition. The more often you do it, the easier it gets. We'll help you through the process!

Auditions for the thriller, “Dial M for Murder,” will be held Monday and Tuesday, August 9 and 10, at 7:00 p.m. at the Theatre-in-the-Park in Derry Township Community Park.

Written by Frederick Knott, the play tells the story of a straying husband who frames his wife for the murder of a man he’d hired to kill her. Roles for 6 actors – 5 men and one woman. Performances scheduled the first three weekends in November.

For further information, contact director Thiry Olbrich at (717) 248-0582. Or email her.

Our auditions consist of dialogue readings from the script. Come to an audition at the Theatre-in-the-Park,look over the roles and give it a shot. Or contact the director to read the script beforehand. Or simply come to an audition and observe, just to get a feel for it.
