A Free Summer Children's Play directed by Mike Knarr

Sat. and Sun., August 18-19 at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.

In this "fractured fairy tale" version of the classic story, a boy gets a "giftie" of a bird that has the remarkable ability to produce gold coins on request. Along the way he encounters Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel, and a Princess sadly lacking a sense of humor.

This modern and funny version of the Cinderella story, set on Long Island in the 1950s, deals with the involvement of a very rich family with the daughter of the family chauffer, and tells of her romantic involvements with the family’s two sons.

"God's Favorite"

Based on the story of Job, the play is about Joe, God's favorite human, and what happens when his love for God is tested by ruining his life and hurting his family. He gets an itch, then neuralgia, tennis elbow, and hemorrhoids!!
